mygapyear provides complimentary information sessions in person, by phone or Skype
to discuss your needs and goals and see if there is a fit for our services

mygapyear’s base package includes:
a) Intake and Discovery session (information gathering on learning styles, goal setting personal inquiry and reflection)
b) An initial Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQ) and debrief, a personalized Emotional Intelligence Development Plan and a final EQ assessment and debrief (comparative analysis to measure personal growth/eq development through the year)
c) Coaching sessions (including Values and Strengths Tools)
d) Research, consultation and revision for gap year plan development
e) 2-3 draft plans with information and details
f) Follow up support and one-on-one coaching throughout the entire gap year
g) Attendance at 2 LifeApp webinars (live online interactive seminars on topics such as goal setting, leadership, time management, etc.)
h) Access to a community of Gappers and social events to share stories and get advice.
i) 1 finalized “mygapyear Journey” package with accomplished gap year goals, outcomes and activities
j) A lifelong membership to the mygapyear Alumni community

$1800/year (plus HST) paid in installments
